South West London – proposed site evaluation.

Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were tasked with a viability study of an empty three floor office building for a prospective business centre fit out (total floor area of 900m2). We helped with:

• Initial site survey of a slab to slab concrete space

• Measured survey of core build and services locations

• Entire design process using a fully layered AutoCad drawing file – walls, ceilings, flooring, furniture, kitchen, toilets, M+E, data and reception

• Project cost evaluation at component level

• Production of a full written tender document package for prospective contractors

The work was submitted just 6 days after initial client meeting. The information gained enabled them to make sound commercial decisions before committing to a lease.
