Project Tender Evaluation.

Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were tasked to assist a small building contractor with submission of a Project Tender. Outline brief included:

• Initial site survey in London’s West End

• Evaluation of pricing requirements from the tender pack

• Interpreting the project drawings

• Full take-off of materials and labour

• Gaining pricing from suppliers

• Price checking labour rates

Once the information was gathered, it was collated and entered into the tender document to form the basis of the tender pricing. The tender pack was then completed and submitted both electronically and in hard copy format on behalf of the building contractor.

Our client was impressed that this £135k tender submission was comparable to others submitted for the same project.
