Project News - Large size design and project management task

CWC Ltd are delighted to have been awarded their biggest package to date. Our client, a significant modern company in the European automotive R+D sector are expanding and are soon moving into a new large scale office/workshop space. We have been assisting with the design of the wall layout changes, toilets and kitchen design, new foul water underground connection, specialised workshop rooms, mezzanine floor, materials handling, electric vehicle charging points, crane systems, compressed air system and all other M+E needs. A full AutoCad drawing package has been implemented and is currently being finalised at time of writing.

A full "nut and bolt" cost evaluation has been produced by CWC Ltd and made available to the client. CWC Ltd will be project managing the entire build on the clients behalf.

In addition, we have written and assisted with both the office side and workshop side applications to the landlord for "Licence to Alter" documentation.

When the construction phase commences, we will be overseeing all site management, CDM2015 and Health+Safety obligations.
