Having spent the last 14 years at the sharp end of office interiors/building refurbishment, we are well equipped to guide you through the process, avoiding the pitfalls along the way.

Luke started in the interiors realm as a contracts manager assisting in the running of straight forward projects, fitting out offices with suspended ceilings, partitions, flooring and M+E infrastructure. This soon developed, with some projects requiring heavier structural work as well as: roofing, drainage, window replacement and groundworks.  He once priced and managed the re-laying of 2km of tarmac roadway on a private airfield!  During this time, he also gained a wealth of knowledge with regards to: HVAC Services, Access control systems, Fire Alarms, Intruder/Security/CCTV systems, Audio Visual equipment, Telecommunication and data systems, High and low voltage electrics, Lighting and lighting control, Mezzanine structures, Raised access floors, Manifestation and graphics, Furniture and desking systems, Plumbing, Plant and tools, Warehouse racking, Kitchens, Joinery and carpentry, Ironmongery, Glazing, Decoration and finally, cleaning.

We are very used to taking a project from initial enquiry, through every stage of design, cost control and project evaluation, to then guide you through the process of ensuring your chosen contractor completes a top quality job on time and on budget.  We are proud to say we actually thrive on meeting either fast track commencement or strict deadline dates.

Instead of using a contractor, we also offer the service of project managing your requirement from start to finish including CDM2015 and Health+Safety.  This is carried out on a project value based percentage fee.
