Toilet Refurbishments.

Commercial Workspace Consultants Ltd were tasked with assisting an office block Facilities Manager with the refurbishment of 3 toilet areas. We provided:

• Initial site survey

• Measured survey of core build and services locations

• Project price evaluation of strip out and new build

• Entire design process using AutoCad – walls, ceiling, flooring, cubicles, toilets, basins, M+E and tiling

Once the design and project costs were frozen, CWC Ltd were invited to project manage the build, which included:

• Site set up, welfare and health and safety measures

• Procurement of materials and labour financed by the client

• Price negotiation with suppliers and value engineering

• Site visits to ensure safety and quality standards were being met

• Project programme

• Completion snagging and sign off

The 2nd and 3rd toilet refurbishments are due to commence shortly.
